All events offer Duathlons for the swim challenged
(sprint distance only for duathlon).
And Aquabike if you can't run or simply don't want to!
(International distance for the Aquabike).
1/4 Mile Swim for Sprint Tri (or 1 mile run for Duathlon participants)
0.5 Mile for International Tri & Aquabike
10 Mile (1 lap) Bike for Sprint Tri & Duathlon
20 Miles Bike (2 laps) for International Tri & Aquabike
Exiting transition, follow the markers route of the parking area and turn right onto Anderson Boulevard (main park road). Follow the road staying in the right lane (normal direction of traffic flow). Continue on Anderson Boulevard southbound and then north-east until turnaround #1 at the cul-de-sac circle. Turn around at the circle and return along the same route staying in the right lane (normal direction of traffic flow). Continue along the return path on Anderson Boulevard until turn around #2 at the cul-de-sac circle. Turn around at the circle and return along the same route until the transition parking area.
Sprint distance cyclist only will make a right at the parking entrance to enter transition.
International distance cyclist only will continue along Anderson Boulevard and complete a 2nd full lap before returning and entering transition.
3.1 Mile Run for Sprint Tri & Duathlon
6.2 Miles (2 laps) for International Tri
Exiting transition, follow the marked route out of the parking area and follow the marked paved/hard–packed path until the turnaround. Return along to marked path until the transition parking area.
Sprint distance runners only will enter the finish line and complete the race.
International distance runners only follow the marked lap point and complete a 2nd full lap before returning in finishing the race.
